"We can't do this." I whisper as our lips re-connect, a tingling fire surging through my body as his hands ravage unexplored lands; my innocence dissipating away with every peck he trails down my neck. "I know we can't. That's why it's so exciting." He replies through kisses. His effortless charm intoxicates me; drowning me; hunting me; devouring me. "What if my brother finds out?" The perpetuated patter of the rain unable to subdue my groan as he digs his nails deeper into my skin. "Who cares." ********** Welcome to my story, where an innocent boy finds a not so innocent boy in his bed; where they do not so innocent things. - YOP

He's smirking down at me as he says, "Um, you're in my seat." I laugh and say, "You realize that is the most cliche thing you could possibly say?" He looks confused so I elaborate. "It's the first day of school and you're coming up the new girl, claiming I'm in your seat. Sorry, but it's not very original." He huffs and rolls his eyes. "Get out of my seat, sunshine." "Watch it happen, pretty boy." I reply, smirking as I stuff my other earbud back in. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Madeline Lace is the youngest of six, the older five being all brothers. A new (unwelcomed) beginning comes when Makennah is relocated through the foster care system to a new home in a rich suburb with the Sinclair family. Makennah knows right away that she doesn't belong here, and she probably never will. However, she can't help but start to fall in love with the charming, humorous, family of six with all brothers. Oh, and she couldn't forget Matt's (the oldest brother) hot football player best friend Theodore Alexander Rose. Or Theo for short. Before she can blink, she's unequivocally involved with Theo. Naturally, romance and attraction brew between them as they spend more time together. Makennah is scared that Matt will be unhappy with their attraction and keeps things behind closed doors where Matt can't see. However, Makennah can't deny that she's starting to fall in love with Theo. In the midst of her turbulent storms of trying to find her feet in a brand new town, new high school, and new family, he sees through her tough exterior and cares about what's underneath that makes Makennah who she is. And he doesn't care about her past.

We've always been told to think before we speak, so as not to offend anyone. Maddie Hayes is over it. No matter what is said, someone is going to get offended. She just doesn't care anymore. For someone who grew up with five older siblings, Maddie has never felt more alone. Now that they're all out of the house and starting their own families, that loneliness has manifested into anger at the feeling of being abandoned. Madeline was never supposed to be the 'good girl'. From the years of sarcasm, she's learned from watching her older siblings, Maddie is 'that girl,' the girl that everyone envies, who can make you cry with just a look. But maybe her life isn't so great as she wants everyone to believe. Maybe she's tired of being forgotten by her older siblings; maybe she's angry because her parents work too much or that her friends would never actually be there for her if things got tough. Maybe she's just sick of all the bullshit.

She's a wild, free spirit who sees the good in everyone, and he's the hardened, bad-tempered loner who wants nothing to do with her-yet no matter how hard he tries to push her away, she's the one temptation he can't escape. *** He's never met someone with such a bubbly personality. Not to mention the wildness and odd phrases she says every five minutes. He hates it. He hates how he can't stay away from it. He hates what she does to him; it's not like him to chase after some girl. She gets under his skin like no other. She's never met someone with such a bad attitude. He's ill-mannered and menacing. The glare never seems to leave his face. Considering it all, she can't help but feel the attraction toward him. Dangerous attraction toward a seemingly dangerous man. Maybe it's the tattoos on his arm that gets her attention. Or maybe it's because she can tell there's hope for good under his rough exterior. And she's about to find it, whether he likes it or not. It's no secret that the two of them are complete and total opposites. *** "You like being called Sugar, don't you?" I tease, placing my toothbrush back after finishing. He does the same and gives me a side-eyed scowl. He grips my chin harshly and kisses me. My body temperature raises a good ten degrees and my right leg goes all wiggly. He pulls away. "You like it when I kiss you, don't you?" He teases the same way I did to him and I'm left blubbering. "I think both of our questions are rhetorical," I lower my voice up at him. His lip curls up into a smirk. *** #1 in Young Adult #9 in Badboy #1 in Cold #3 in Goodgirl #1 in Sweetheart #14 in Love *** *Warning* This story contains mature themes (language, scenes)
