"Rule number one," He whispers, pulling back to look me right in the eye, "Never let your guard down." He flashes me a cunning smirk as I stare at him, stunned at what he had just done. Only, he makes a mistake of turning to see what everyone else ahead of the bleachers is doing. I smirk and take a step back forcefully. Just as he turns his head back to face me, I swing my arm at his face. "No. That's rule two," I snap, "Rule one is never turn your back to your opponent." Faye Williams is not the type of girl who would call for the attention. However, she calls things as she sees them. Faye's not afraid to use her fist, for that's all she's ever known. Some call her a good girl while others call her a rebel. What most people don't know is that she's witnessed things that not many people get to witness. With an unstable mother who blames her for a needed divorce, she's seen, heard, and knows plenty. It's not until she moves to Miami, Florida with her dad, that trouble arises. Let's just say that the odds are not in her favor, especially when it comes to that notorious 'bad kid' Travis. Yet, for some reason, she feels that fixing the bad boy will mend herself. When a powerful gang leader, a notorious bad boy, vengeful mother, and two faced acquaintances enter the equation, Faye knows there's nothing to save her now. *Copyright © 2013* All rights reserved.

New Version: https://www.wattpad.com/297391719-inviting-the-story-inviting-the-virgin My eye brows had risen. She'd never spoken to me before, although she'd never really been mean to me before either. Tightness grew on my forehead while I held the quizzical look. Holding out the card she smiled. It seemed uncanny that in this moment I was here, doing this, saying this. "So you got the invitation?" She replied, as if that wasn't apparent which the card in my shaking hand. "Yes" Nodded my head. I was dumbfounded. Eden Quinn has been branded the Virgin and the nickname has stuck. She is surprised when the queen bee Stella invites her to a weekend sleep over but no one will be sleeping. Stella has set up challenges for all the girls to complete. If you don't finish these challenges it is social suicide. Eden is faced with things she never thought she would do. Will she do them? AUTHORS NOTE. Once this story is completed I do plan on completely revamping and editing the whole book. I just don't have the mindset for it at the moment.

#1 Teen Fiction | #1 Young Adult | #1 Romance "We all need someone to drive us mad." - The Wombats. He stared arrogantly down at me, a smirk plastered across his face. I sneered up at him with distaste, wanting to wrap my fingers around his neck and strangle that smirk off of him. He brushed my golden hair from my face, his long, slender fingers sparking electricity in my skin, making my knees wobble together. "Will you ever, forgive me?" he whispered huskily, his eyes intently staring into mine. His face was only mere inches from me. I just needed to reach out a little further to kiss him... "Yeah. Over my dead body." I snapped, before throwing my arms out forcefully, shoving my hands into his chest, pushing him from me. -*-*-*- He, is Carter Williams. I, am Lacey Adams. We were once, inseparable. The 'Golden Couple'. The unbreakable best friends, that everybody envied. Nothing could get between us. A part from being tighter than white on rice, we updated our status from friends to being in a relationship, frequently. We were neighbours, which meant our families were all close and even co-owned houses around our town. This, all is, until the day of my sixteenth birthday. Everything changed. The loving relationship we shared, was severed and torn apart. I couldn't hardly stand to look at him any more, without spitting fire that is. Every day is torture being around him. He was in all my classes at school and the window in my room was even directly aligned with his. So, what happens? My mother's mum gets sick, so dad and her fly out. Just them. Leaving me to stay with Carter and his parents, who are never home. We would be alone. In one house. Under the same roof. If I was insane before, I have no idea what I am now. © 2016 by LaurenJ22. Most people don't believe in the supernatural. They pass off things like werewolves and necromancers as scary bedtime stories, things that couldn't possibly exist. Then again, most people aren't Bianca. For the most part, Bianca's completely normal. Sure, she's abnormally gorgeous and everyone seems to be attracted to her in some weird way, but she goes to a high school full of horny teenage guys, and that sort of thing is to be expected. Still nothing out of the ordinary. Or at least, so she thinks, until one day she meets her father. Her real father. Who may or may not be a hundred-year-old vampire. With her world turned upside-down, Bianca struggles to come to terms with what she is, and soon finds out that being half vampire isn't the worst of her problems. -Summary and cover by @skyekit-
