I will be your heart, if you will be my shield. In a world where magic supposedly didn't exist, Serena has spent years struggling to conceal her unpredictable singing magic. While wishing for a peaceful life where she can sing without fear, she sees a man in handcuffs being forced into a shady research center. Their eyes meet, and the soulbond is forged. Darien is not from this world, and he's been held captive for years. With the soulbond amplifying his strength, he can fight his way through almost everything, but not every danger can be fought with fists. Their love draws them together even as power-hungry enemies try to pry them apart. They want to control Darien for their own purposes, but he's too strong to be controlled by force. Their love is their greatest strength-and their biggest vulnerability. But magic has its own rules, and no song can go unanswered. Excerpt: I pitied the man, although with so many cops around him, he was quite dangerous. Who needed 30 police officers to supervise one guy who in handcuffs and leg shackles? I watched him walk down the gauntlet between the rows of officers. It was as if I couldn't look away. He paused and looked around. His brilliant glowing blue eyes seemed to meet mine across the vast distance. I couldn't even blink as his eyes seemed to hold mine. The trees of a park broke our locked gaze as the bus kept on driving. I took a deep breath, suddenly realizing that I had stopped breathing the moment our eyes met. I had never seen such blue eyes before-and they glowed! A shiver ran through me. I had been too far away to make out the color of the man's eyes. My eyes watched the trees, hoping for a break in them so I could see the man again. I had no such luck. --- Fade-to-black action fantasy romance Copyright November 2017. Adonis Celts, the notorious monster who'd been rotting in prison for the past decade. Getting an interview with him just weeks before his release would be the story of a lifetime, and well worth the risk. With his hands cuffed and guards right outside the door, nothing could go wrong. Right? • • • "I've already explained I'm not afraid of you Mr. Celts. But it seems like you want me to be?" I retort. He leans forward in the chair, his face just a foot or two away from mine. The light flickers above us and it seems like a sign for me to shut the hell up. "Mmhm right. Well, maybe you have more nerve than sense then hm? Or you just don't scare as easily as the others." His jaw ticks slightly "But I can think of far better ways to get your heart racing. So no honey, fear is the last thing I want from a woman like you."

Rei, a former samurai lieutenant is reincarnated into the body of an 8 year old, who happens to be the main villainess in a romance novel for foreign girls. A villainess destined to be executed by her fiancé the crown prince for cruelty towards the heroine of the novel. To avoid being executed she must to make allies among her enemies, get out of the heroine's way, and untangle herself from the poisonous intrigue of court the best she can in the role of a future courtier. However, the vaguely described backdrop said nothing about the conflicts building beyond the heroine's understanding, or that women weren't allowed on the battlefield. I am honestly left speechless. I am very touched and honored by all the attention, by all the sweet, beautiful and fun comments I've received over the last month, it's been truly amazing. To those who already enjoy it, I hope you will continue to do so. To those who decide to pick it up, I hope you have as much fun with it as I did!

My eyes were literally glowing, there was no mistaking it. It was not a reflection of light, or any of the other excuses I had used or others had assumed. They were glowing a light sapphire blue color. It was not a bright glow, but it was definitely a glow. Glowing eyes were not normal. Okay, at this point I had to admit it, I was no longer normal. "Don't touch that man." "Why not?" "He has a beast guarding him." I am that beast; Nora. I woke up as the villain of this book, destined to die after going crazy due to my love for the main lead. "I spent my last life wanting to die, and now that I've decided to survive, this world is after me?" No. I won't die such a pathetic death. I will survive this time. No matter what. But first, I need to survive these main leads. One won't leave me alone; the other keeps fighting with me; another is destined to kill me... Even my superpowers are so weak! Surviving in a world that hates me... Is kinda difficult. *** I got tired of reading about 'special' and 'pure-hearted' heroines so I decided to write about a character I could relate to. Writing gets better after first few chapters. [#1 Angst] [#1 Obsession] [#2 Yandere] [#1 Villain] [#1 Antagonist] [#1 Superpowers]

Nana wasn't someone who could be called ambitious. In fact, her mom liked to constantly remind her that she was too lazy. It wasn't that Nana was lazy. Really, she wasn't. She was unmotivated. There was a difference. So what will happen when the unmotivated (lazy) Nana finds herself stuck in the body of a antagonist from a webnovel she read? Maybe she will actually feel inspired enough to make goals. Or maybe she will live achieving the bare minimum as usual. Either way, she wasn't going to take this too seriously. Well, aside from avoiding her bad end. The threat of death was quite motivating, even for Nana. Warning: This novel does not contain explicit content, but it does contain highly suggestive material and mature themes that may be inappropriate for readers under the age of 16. Few scenes of non-graphic violence (no gore) and light cursing are also present in this story. This is an original novel, not a fanfiction. All rights reserved.
