Falling is a part of life. When someone falls they have the choice to stay on the ground or pick themselves back up. In Forever Falling Skyler Grey must decide what she will do when her whole world comes tumbling down upon her. When Skyler, a mute teenager, gets diagnosed with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, a disease in which she loses control of her muscle coordination, she finds herself falling both figuratively and literally. The only question is will she pick herself back up from this drastic change in her life. I wrote this short story in order to highlight that bullying does happen, even to the most undeserving people.
