After the death of her parents, Miyoko moves to Japan to live with her uncle and cousin, Haruhi. While attending the prestigious school, Ouran Academy, Miyoko and Haruhi get into some trouble with the Host Club and are forced to work for them to pay off their debt. Y/N Y/L/N is the same age as her cousin Tsukishima Kei. They got along well and would always hang out with their friend Tadashi Yamaguchi. One day, Y/N had to move away because her parents found a new job. She said goodbye to her cousin and her best friend and left. Years later, at 16 years old, Y/N is told that her parents found a new job somewhere else but it was across the world. She couldn't go because it would be too far for her so she had to move in with her Aunt and two cousins, Kei and Akiteru. She was excited to see her cousin again after all these years and maybe she could reunite with her best friend, Tadashi Yamaguchi. There was something about Yamaguchi that always intrigued Y/N. Now that she's older, she finally finds out why she's always staring at him, why she always felt nervous around him and why her heart pounds louder and faster every time she's around Tadashi.

Compared to Kiyoko I am just a little kid who has an intimidating grandfather. I'm so plain compared to her. A girl with an average, forgettable look. Kiyoko's beauty is simple. It has elegance to it. She doesn't let it go to her head too. Parts of me have always been insecure. Gramps and Keishin-nii always called me pretty but they had too, they're my family.
