Just as Russia was beginning to discover he has feelings for Cosmos, Cosmos stops responding to Russia and Russia is left worried and afraid. One week later, however, Russia finds a letter in the mail from Cosmos. The letter goes on and on, but eventually leads Russia on a journey to find out what happened to his friend and figure out his new strange feelings towards Cosmos. ~~~ America has an online friend, Rei, who he talks to almost every night.
