Caelus, an amnesiac young man, awakens in the Herta space station. He soon learns that he can transform into a warrior of light codenamed Ultraman Blazar. With his newfound powers, Caelus must travel across the stars with the Astral Express crew to eliminate the stellaron anomalies that threaten the universe.
