tomioka giyuu 20 years old his the water hashira for 2 years now, everyone thinks he must be living his best life, i mean being a hashira means he gets paid a lot of money and he can support his family but in reality his sick and tired of everything all he wants to do right now is go and jump off a cliff his had those suicidal thoughts since he was 13 but now with his life as a hashira those thoughts are becoming stronger and stronger and his starting to give up on life.

4 bands, two on each person representing a promise where if they break it they must break the band too. When Sabito seemed to have died during the final selection, Giyuu falls in depression and he breaks his two promises. One Hashira meeting later, he meets someone he doesn't want to anymore. Ships in chapter 0, + warnings. I have to say this took a completely different turn then I myself was expecting so, let's say there's no happy ending.
