Well on official documentation, it says 5 days 18 hours and 53 minutes, but the official news says 6 days. Whatever. Plus, her sisters worked there! Could it get any better? But she works alone. Solo was the best way to go, after all. That being said, could you imagine her reaction when they say she has to work with someone equally as good as her? Well, first, she wasn't used to it, and second, her pride was at stake here! But this was also the most dangerous case she has gotten in...forever. Will working with him slow her down? Or will they finish it quickly? Will they reach The Light at the End of the Tunnel in time? TW: mentions of blood, fatal injuries, death, weapons, SA, and abuse. When it came to her sister's crush, Aru Shah couldn't care less than she already did. She didn't even know the guy, and it didn't help that he was the hot topic in all of Kara's and Aru's conversations. She knew she had to meet the dude someday, because of their mutual friend group, but she didn't expect to meet him to help him and Kara for their project. It helped her too, so what was the point in denying? Aiden knew people only liked him, and talked to him because of his looks. He knew love was a waste of time, because the guy Aiden actually was was someone who nobody cared about. But when one of his friends came up to him and told him that she had found a model for their end-of-year project, he readily accepted, not knowing that this one person would make him change his perspective. In the end, he realised, there were albums of snapshots, all overflowing with pictures of memories he never knew he wanted.

Did Aru want to go to the new years party? No. Would she rather be on her couch in her pajamas watching Lord of the Rings while eating way too much Swedish Fish? Who wouldn't? Her father. Her father wouldn't. He wanted her to go there and "socialize" which was code for "you need to find someone to marry because your life's really sad". It was some party for his law firm he started with one of his friends too, not even like a rager which would've been mildly fun. Aiden's father was a crappy one at best. So when Aiden's dad made him the photographer at some stupid new years party that he was throwing for his law firm, of course he protested. But he couldn't look at his mom so happy about it and still tell her that he didn't wanna do it. So he was still the photographer. Shit.
