Isabelle Jones was a Lost Girl in Neverland. She was Peter's first and only love. One night, Isabelle bid the Lost Boys goodnight and left to get some sleep in her and Peter's shared tent. The next morning, she was gone. The Lost Boys looked all over Neverland for her. They never did find her. Nearly a year had passed, and Peter wanted his girl back. He hated Storybrooke, but he'd do anything to bring Isabelle home to Neverland.

Y/n is Captain Hook's daughter and has been living in Storybrooke for a while now. Currently, Emma and Regina are trying to break the trigger for the curse that is about to fall upon beloved Storybrooke. While this is happening, Henry- y/n's best friend- is taken! Y/n must jump into a mysterious portal to save him but, can she make it in time? Will she be able to survive in whatever new world she might be teleported to? What kind of people will she meet there?
