What follows is a string of events that form an unlikely bond between the two boys. ----- Little bit more context, this is a canon divergent AU where Sokka stays in Ba Sing Se instead of Katara in book 2. Nothing before that point was changed. So this is a fanfic from my AO3. It's still a WIP but there are hardly any Zukka fics on this site that I just wanted to share mine. When Katsuki does a meet and greet along with other pro heroes, Izuku is obviously excited, meets Katsuki, and gets along well with him. What happens when Izuku is too obsessed and holds the pro hero hostage?

"Shit!" Katsuki spat, throwing the little pink stick with its two red lines at the wall. The stick slammed against the wall, bouncing off and along the tile of his bathroom to join all the others that read the same. There were at least a dozen of them. Three or four different brands. As many as he could find on short notice with the cash in his pocket. The clerk had raised an eyebrow at him, but kept his mouth shut as he scanned the boxes. "God fucking dammit! Fuck! Fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck." He wanted to scream. He wanted to cry. He wanted to sleep for the next nine months and forget what he'd just found out. He wanted to rewind time and make it so he never pinned Izuku to that bed. No, he wanted to go far enough back that he never fell in love with that Deku to begin with. But he'd have to go all the way back to when they were six, and he didn't think there was any quirk that strong. So, instead, he sat on his bathroom floor, knees curled to his chest and palm over his abdomen. What the fuck was he supposed to do? A baby could ruin his career before it had even started. If anyone found out, he would be kicked out of the Hero Course at the very least and UA at the very worst. Even then, how was he supposed to care for a baby once it arrived? He was a fucking seventeen-year-old boy, not a twenty-nine-year-old omega with their shit at least somewhat together. Summary over. Izuku Midoriya is overworked, under appreciated and at the end of his rope after ten long years into his career as a pro hero. The war seriously took a toll on him, but if he can just keep smiling, keep pushing forward, keep bleeding and laboring and bending past his breaking point, he'll eventually feel something again, right? He hopes anyway, because more often than not, he finds himself wondering what it would be like if he had the chance to be a villain, to just forget it all and spontaneously combust. But after what was supposed to be an easy co-op mission turns his entire world upside down, he might get more than he wished for. Katsuki Bakugou is successful, rich and powerful. He has the best friends a guy could ask for, and to top it all off- he runs the top hero agency in Japan. But for a guy who has it all, he still has a gaping hole in his seemingly perfect life. A hole that has green hair and stupid doe-eyes. The nerd had never given him any reason to believe that he felt the same, so why would he? After a failed mission that results in the nerd getting hit with an insidious quirk, Katsuki finds that Izuku Midoriya- might just finally bring him to his knees.
