Adriana Fox is an eight-year-old dancer at the ALDC who's already been on Broadway and had guest appearances on a few shows. At competitions, she stands out right away, not just because she's talented, but because of how seriously she takes everything.
She's close with all the girls and genuinely loves her friends, always joking around and acting like a normal kid. But dance is different for her. Adriana struggles a lot with perfection, and when something goes wrong, she gets frustrated fast, mostly at herself. What people around her call "anger issues" shows up in those moments, where she can't let mistakes go and pushes herself until she gets it right.
She comes from a very wealthy, supportive family, and her two older brothers are very protective of her and always looking out for her whenever they can.
At the ALDC, she's not Abby's favorite, but the least favorite
Before You Read! 🩰
This story will have long chapters (usually 10k+ words) and will be very detailed. While Dance Moms is a huge part of the story, it won't be the only focus.
You'll see Adriana's life both inside and outside the studio, including family life, school, friendships, work opportunities, auditions, travel, competitions, and everyday moments. I want her to feel like a real person with a life beyond what happens at dance.
There will be plenty of ALDC drama, but there will also be lots of scenes away from the studio that help develop the characters and their relationships. 🫶🏻
