Damian hadn't felt comfortable in the wayne manor from the start. He tried to make friends with his brothers, but they think he's a killing machine because he's out of the league. His father is too busy protecting the city and running the company, which is why he ignores Damian and when Damian speaks to him he gets the same annoyed look over and over again and the sentence "I'm busy" or "not now" so he has given up the attention to get his father's.

Exactly what the title says except with a question mark. Who's the mysterious woman who makes Bruce Wayne emotional? The woman that makes Alfred laugh all the time? They're in for a shock of their lives, maybe so are you.

Alexandra Wayne is a forgotten anomaly in her family. She is no vigilante and has no ties to the double lives her father and siblings lead. She is unacknowledged, unappreciated, and under the assumption that her family's behavior will never change. Perhaps Alexandra should have remembered what is said about assuming. Freshly graduated from medical school, Alexandra returns to Gotham for the first time in years, planning to complete her surgical residency, spend time with Alfred, and then hightail it back across the country to marry her fiancΓ©. The Waynes seem to have other plans for their lost bird.

Hannah spent twenty‑five years believing her purpose was simple: fight, survive, protect her clan. Raised in a hidden mountain village and trained from childhood, she became one of their fiercest warriors despite every tradition insisting a woman never could be. But everything she built shattered the night she was wounded in battle and violated by the enemy. Her clan didn't see a survivor. They saw a stain. And without hesitation, they cast her out to die alone in the mountains she once defended. But death never came. A deity - ancient, watchful, and moved by a rare spark of compassion - intervened. Saving Hannah came with a price: two lost children's souls needed redemption, and the deity bound their fates to hers. To live, Hannah must accept a future she never imagined - motherhood to three children, one her own and two reborn from broken pasts. And she must welcome a partner chosen not by her heart, but by destiny. Far from the mountains, Jason Todd lives his life unaware that fate is already shifting beneath his feet. Lady Gotham has watched him for years - her loneliest knight, her most wounded protector. When the deity seeks a guardian strong enough to stand beside Hannah, Jason is the only soul who answers the call. Two broken warriors. Three children bound by divine promise. A family forged not by blood, but by survival, redemption, and a destiny neither of them asked for.

For one, she was half alien which kind of threw off any dream of normalcy in the first place. Secondly, she was pretty sure that her dad was part of the Batfam. She wasn't one hundred percent sure on that, though. She hadn't seen any of them since she was three. Thirdly, and lastly, she was a superhero. Though, she did suppose that development was slightly more recent. She did what she could to blend in. She kept all her powers under tight wraps, and she pretended. She pretended to be uninterested in anything hero related. She pretended to be clumsy. She pretended to be in pain when 'injured.' She pretended that she was perfectly fine because if she didn't, she would have broken ages ago. So how? How in the world had she managed to find herself as one of the class pariahs where attention always seemed to be thrown at her? And how is it that she's managed to find herself in Gotham of all places once again after twelve years of being away? Trick question. She always knew that the universe hated her. ***** Inspired by 'The Meaning of Family' by jessisamess (j3ssisam3ss) on Ao3 ***** Disclaimer: I obviously do not own any MLB or DC characters and/or their storylines

Goddamnit Bruce, you can't keep pulling kids out of your ass. How many secret children can one man have? After Hawkmoth's defeat, Marinette finished her schooling and now works as a scientist at the Justice League. Bruce and the rest of the Batfam stumble upon her with the help of Zatanna and Doctor Fate while testing out a new spell. She may be the daughter of one of the best assassins in the world but she didn't grow up in the league so she's definitely, totally completely normal right? Bruce just wants one normal kid who's not constantly endangering their own life for the sake of 'heroism'. Please.
