When butters moves to South Park, he notices that his neighbour is a little odd compared to everyone else. Everybody knows everybody in South Park, but nobody knows much about Kenny. He spends all of his free time in his house and he has no friends at all... that is until he takes an unusual interest in his new neighbour.
