There was an idea, called the Avengers Initiative. The idea was to bring together a group of remarkable people to see if they could become something more. After a traumatic experience at age 6, Peter Parker hasn't spoken a word. Most blame it on the fact that he witnessed his Uncle die in a horrible fire, this is only partly true. Now, almost 10 years later Peter is given the chance to finally speak, but will he take it? Or is the fear of his Aunt to much for him to take that chance? Either way, Tony Stark can tell something's not quite right about the "kind hearted" May Parker. (Don't get me wrong I love Aunt May! But I always wondered what if we put a little darkness in the character? That's where this AU was born. Peter never grew up with Uncle Ben and Aunt May. He grew up with HYDRA, trained and brainwashed to be even better then the Winter Soldier. He spends ten years with HYDRA, being their weapon. He's lost all hope that he would ever escape, but maybe a sliver of hope resurfaces when the Avengers are unknowingly sent to retrieve Peter. 3 months ago, The Avengers were given instructions by SHIELD to bring Spider-Man in. Ever since that day Spider-Man has vanished from the streets of Queens, nobody knows why, except Peter Parker who knows Spider-Man is gone forever.

Tony takes the suite off of Peter Parker. He thinks nothing of it. Until he realises how badly Peter was affected by this decision. After the death of Gwen Stacy, Peter hadn't had the courage to become a hero again. Meanwhile, the Justice League were looking for a more experienced member to join the Young Justice and after the mysterious disappearance of Spider-Man, Batman assigns them to find and if possible, recruit him. Spider-Man will need to learn how to be a team player after most of the time, his friends died because of it. He gains new friends, relationships, and love. (This will be a mix of both Andrew Garfield's Spider-Man and Tobey's while still in high school)
