Lingling Kwong was a 30-year-old CEO. Her father reminded her that she needed to produce an heir to carry on the family name. "Choose a partner, or I will choose one for you," he insisted. Despite her father's pressure, Lingling was not interested in having kids. She didn't believe she would be a good mother, and she preferred her freedom. Lingling visited her friend Junji's fertility clinic, thinking of surrogacy. As she waited, she noticed a woman sitting next to her. Her name was Orm Kornnaphat, a 25-year-old preschool teacher. Lingling learned that Orm is an orphan who dreamed of having a child to love unconditionally. She had always wanted a family of her own even if it's just her and a child but faced a harsh reality-she couldn't conceive and couldn't afford IVF. Lingling felt a strange connection with Orm. They began talking, and Lingling realized that Orm would be a perfect mother. Orm had such warmth and love in her heart. Lingling thought about the child she could have, growing up in a nurturing environment. Still, fear gripped her heart. Commitment and love were scary for someone like her. Lingling came up with an idea. "What if we enter a contract marriage?" she suggested to Orm. "You can be the mother, and I will provide for you both. This way, I can please my father, and you can have the family you've always wanted no strings attached." Orm was taken aback. It sounded too good to be true. But deep down, Orm knew she wanted this chance. With butterflies in her stomach, Orm agreed. They set up terms for their relationship. Lingling would handle financial matters, and Orm would take care of their child. Win-win.

G!P (Ling) In the golden fields of rural Thailand, where sweat meets soil and the sun never sleeps, Lingling Kwong is queen. Strong, sharp-witted, and stunning, she's a farmer not by choice but by legacy-having taken over her grandfather's land under the wing of the powerful Sethratanapong empire. Despite never setting foot in college, Ling has turned her piece of earth into a thriving agricultural asset that even Mr. Naphom Sethratanapong himself praises. But when Mr. Naphom's spoiled, fiery daughter, Orm Sethratanapong, threatens to throw her inheritance away with her bratty indifference to hard work, the old tycoon sets his final card on the table: send her to the farm, strip her of luxury, and place her under Ling's iron rule. No special treatment. No easy exits. If she wants the empire, she'll have to earn it-starting with dirt under her nails. What begins as a war of words, clashing wills, and undeniable tension will slowly evolve into something neither of them saw coming-something rooted, growing, inevitable. Amidst hay bales and monsoon rains, two very different women will discover that love, like the land, takes time to cultivate... and once it blooms, it's impossible to contain.

18+ ONLY. This story contains mature themes and explicit smut. Read at your own risk. Contentedly single and successful at 30, Lingling has built her perfect life after overcoming hardship. Marriage? No thanks. Dating? A nuisance her meddling best friends keep forcing on her (as she's the only single person left in her group of friends). She just wants to support them, especially Lookmhee on her wedding day. But fate-and maybe Lookmhee-has other plans, leading to a clumsy bouquet standoff with a captivating ash-blonde woman. Lingling thinks she's escaped the matchmaking trap, only to agree to babysit Lookmhee's cousin... who turns out to be the very same woman she accidentally fought over flowers with. Maybe fate, and her best friends, know best after all? A/N: So, I began writing this story while in Thailand last week. It's my first trip out of the country (where I'm residing) and I was writing this because I was a bit disappointed when I couldn't see any LingOrm billboard ads during my first day (only saw one, the Ichitan one in Chiangmai and it was my last day) 🤧 So yeah, to make myself better, I wrote this out of nowhere but it's still unfinished...though I plan to continue writing this but no idea how this story will turn out. The story is typical but yeah I was needing distraction at that moment so I didn't really care. Anyway, I should prolly stop being a silent fan and meet other JKRs so I knew where to spot LingOrm ads the next time I'll travel back to Thailand HAHA.
