Conservatives denounce the decade as one of the most irresponsible and flamboyant decade of social order. But that's what made it fun. Called "the Swinging Sixties" for a reason, marking the fall of social taboos and rise of the free spirit. To be a teen in this decade, or even a preteen, was a privilege. In the mids of Castle Rock's minor year, the school newbie mistakenly entangles herself with the lives of four boys who become divided as they're pressured by society and follow their own beliefs.
