Kaeya of Khaenri'ah hasn't known who he really is for a while. When Dainsleif told him who he was...everything broke loose. Crystal, an owner of the largest flower business and designing business of Sumeru, secretly part of the Fatui, was sent out to kill Kaeya. Minx, a Fatui spy and assassin, has been shoved to go back to her homeland, Sumeru, and kill Kaeya on this mission. Lila, a Snezhnaya librarian, secretly a Fatui, was sent to keep every person out of the way and tell lies to Mondstadt about what happened to Kaeya. Sunny, a Liyuan Fatui patroller, realizes this mission she had to help with would have the others going against their homeland, Khaenri'ah. She wants to step up and tell the Tsaritsa to not make them do this mission against the prince, but the courage never shows up. Syrinx, a dancer for taverns in Mondstadt, a Fatui, is meant to lure him into this trap. But it is hard to get Kaeya to go alone, or remember from a drunken state. Jade Vine, a young commissioner's daughter in Inazuma, overhears two Fatui patrollers that this is all going on. Teucer was sent to go under cover as a Knight of Favonious for the Fatui to get some information that they really needed but the Knights had locked up. He acts more like his older brother and hates going far from his brother, Anthon, and his sister, Tonia, in Snezhnya. But he does it in order to do his job. He meets Klee along the way and builds up a friendship between the two. But he figures out that Klee has the keys to the room and safe with the information in it. The Fatui says to kill if they're in your way, but he can't just kill Klee...his friend but also go unnoticed. He has to think of another way...
