A Drarry Story. Some eight years after the war, Harry Potter has established a name for himself as someone who buys and restores old, magical (and normally cursed) properties. When the deeds for Malfoy Manor are sent to him, Harry can't resist. Seized by the Ministry from the Malfoys after the war, the Ministry have been unable to sell it on due to its history and a plethora of curses. Suddenly life becomes a whole lot more complicated than just simple cursebreaking and restoration because the Manor has a squatter, a very blond and pointy squatter.

This is a Drarry story set four and half years after the war. Draco's is on a five-year house arrest and Assistant-Head Auror Potter's help is required during a time of practical and emotional need.

While he was talking, he had made his way back to Malfoy, who was now standing in front of him, seething with anger. "I. Am. Not. A. Coward," Malfoy said darkly with gritted teeth. But even that's changed. Draco Malfoy is different. He's quiet, reserved. Harry's not sure what to make of the new Draco and when they're paired up as partners in potions, Harry is anything but excited. But as the two enemies talk, as they get to know one another, their relationship takes a turn. A turn that neither of them could have expected.
