Despite his tough, rule-breaking exterior, he is deeply sensitive and utilizes songwriting to process childhood trauma and intense personal emotions. Fletch's mom passed away when he was younger. His father is not present and he dosnt have a home to go back to. While he is at camp, his cousin is actively fighting a custody battle in court, raising fletch's anxiety and putting pressure on his emotional state and mental health.
