Pairing: Avatar Aang x F Reader and Fire Lord Zuko x F Reader Main storyline: Reader is an airbender. She had known of her airbending capabilities for a long time, but her parents forbade her to showcase or practise them. Being an airbender during the 100 year war was as close to a death sentence as one could get. When the Avatar and his friends traveled through her village in the Earth Kingdom, she joined them wanting to learn more about her capabilities and her heritage. Reader helps the team end the war and stays with the team to help them restore balance and peace, whilst also trying to find her own place in the world and being torn between the Fire Lord and the Avatar. A/N 1: Note that a lot of time and effort went into creating this story. Everything is written by myself in my free time. I don't have a clear timeframe of when I'll post next chapters, but I'll try to post at least once a week. A/N 2: We start this story in 107 AG, but it will move further into the future as the chapters continue, we might skip some years and we go back to the past through memories. I have not yet a clue how many chapters this story will have or how the story will develop itself. My general goal is for the characters to grow as time passes. I'll include the ages of the characters as time progresses. I'll try to stay as true as possible to the original stories (both from the series/movie and the comics; although I have not read all the comics). But obviously, I will have to change things for the story to work. If I change major plots or outcomes of the series or comics, I will mention it. A Hamilton AU where everything is the same except Alexander is a woman and she marries Elijah Schuyler. For the most part it is told from Aaron Burr's perspective, but that might change for certain chapters. I made this simply out of curiosity, and because I watched too many animatics, plus I thought it would be interesting to see how the story would play out with a female protagonist. The character interactions, lyrics, and overall plot could be impacted in many ways, and I'd like to see how that goes. I'm basically converting lyrics into text, tweaking them based on the needs of the context. Feel free to comment on anything you like, any little mistakes that need fixing. Seriously, go wild.
