When Larien Telrúnya, a princess of Mirkwood, is discovered to be a half-blood, she is locked away to be forgotten by her family. When she meets dwarfs for the first time she is amazed and eager to go with them on their journey to reclaim their homeland. Along the way she learns more about her heritage, battles orcs, faces death for the first time, and falls deeply in love.

Cassandra is a trained assassin, knight and a personal bodyguard to Lord Dain of the Iron Hills. What happens when she receives a letter from Dain's cousin Thorin Oakenshield asking for her to accompany himself and his company of dwarfs on their quest to reclaim their home, Erebor. However, the dangerous adventure that she expected didn't turn out the way she anticipated when love gets thrown in as well when she meets a certain young dwarf prince. The two men momentarily turned their gazes back to young Kyja, who was too occupied following the winged insect. Compassion soon struck the wizard's heart. "Yet... there is someone that could care for her. He is an odd fellow, relates more to animals than any other living creature- but he is genuinely kind, and will be able to assist Kyja in the following years. Radagast the Brown is his name." And so, the journey begins. Far into adulthood, Kyja is introduced to a completely new world when Gandalf proposes an offer- to join a band of dwarves to help them save their homeland. Haunted by past memories and scars, the skin-changer is forced to come to terms with her own history while accepting the new fate she has been given. Humility, love, and sacrifice are only some of the lessons learned in: Daughter of Beorn. ~ All ideas, concepts, and plot lines pertaining to The Hobbit all belong to J.R.R. Tolkien. A collection of stories about what I think would happen if characters from The Lord of the rings and The Hobbit decided to open an online chat room - chaos ensues! It was inspired by my friend Lindir's story 'Middle Earth mayhem', which I highly recommend you check out if you like LoTR and The Hobbit. I hope you enjoy it! (This takes place in an AU where all of the characters are still alive. As well as this, the time periods may not be consistent, although it will mostly be in chronological order. Since this takes the format of an online chat room, there will probably be more dialogue than description, but I'll try to make it as interesting as possible.)

If you all have seen the Hobbit and Lord of the Rings movies you know that Tauriel and Legolas have something that they can't express. Tauriel is young and she has some problems. Her childhood friend Legolas likes her but her heart lies elsewhere. In a dwarf.... She knows full well that this is breaking the law of her kind and the king, Thranduil, Legolas's father. Falling in love with strangers, "filth" and enemy's is a dangerous game. The Battle of Five Armies is over, Kili is dead. Legolas tries again and again to console her but to his disappointment, it's not working. She is lost, her heart feels empty. Will she ever feel the same? Can he EVER come back? WILL he ever come back? Would he ever come back? For her? For anyone?
