Invasion. An unwelcome intrusion into another's domain. That was the definition, according to most of the dictionaries. One synonym they all seemed to have left out was Bella Ledford. A doctor. A neurosurgeon. More specifically, the new Head of Neuro at Seattle Grace Mercy West. Following the tragic events of the plane crash that left doctors severely injured and deceased, Ledford's appearance only seemed to make matters worse. Ridding the world-renowned neurosurgeon, Derek Shepherd, of his title as department head did all but calm the chaos. Standing on the outside, Bella finds herself alone and lonely.
