A long time ago when the First Spinjitsu Master was present. A companion of his was there to protect him when he needed it the most and helped provide light to Ninjago, the place that the master created before disappearing. The guardian then decided that it was time to rest after serving its master. So, the guardian proceeded to a temple to rest and said these words, "The person who shall have my powers will be the guardian of the green ninja and its protectors. May the light guide you through your journey." At that, the Guardian of Light finally rested with his master leaving Ninjago to advance on its own and to hope that future heroes will protect what the two left for the next generation.

Supposedly, her sister also had the same abilities as she did and it was made clear that she had much more experience than she did when her sister told her that she was staying in a dimension they were familiar with; Hunter X Hunter. Tasked to enter the exam and to follow the main character, y/n took up the challenge until she found her older sister. She could've teleported to the woman, but where's the fun in that?

Dror is just a simple Worker Drone yet he somehow grabs the attention of a certain company-obsessed Murder Drone and becomes something of a pet project. y/n De La Hoya used to be part of the gremory peerage before Issei, but he was powerless, but they still kept him as they cared about him, but one day, Riser threatened to kill him if they didn't get rid of him, it pained Rias and all others a lot to do so, which they did, but it broke their hearts to see his despair, and it broke y/n, which worsened even more when he found out about Issei joining, with the thought of being replaced when that really wasn't the case. Sometime later, he awakened the power dormant in him and went to start his own peerage, but he never thought he would be able to understand the reality of why he was taken out of the Gremory peerage.

Sure she's small and cute and innocent and maybe slightly losing it, but hey, who isn't? There's no real reason as to why she would stick out to Y/N, just another character to add to the roster.
