Sovereigna had fallen, and the culprit was the man my father once trusted so deeply: Edgar Graves. Now, I was no longer a princess, but a lowly servant forced to submit to his authority. Edgar orchestrated the downfall of my country, ruined my name, and dragged me into his gilded cage amidst the chaos of his grandfather's bloodthirsty revolution. But behind his harsh words and cold gaze, Edgar hid a profound secret. Was he truly a monster bent on seeing me destroyed, or was his every cruel act the only way to keep me from the gallows?? Between hatred and betrayal, I began to wonder: Was Edgar the destroyer of my life, or the last protector I had left? ________________________________________ Content Warning: This story is a work of fiction intended for mature readers.
