This is the sequel to my third fanfiction "NEPTUNE: 3 - Ashes Never Lie, part 1" and volume 4 of my series "NEPTUNE". The story takes place immediately after Volume 3. Veronica and Logan are still investigating the military killer. The investigation progresses while their hearts continue collide. WARNING !!!
