Ash has finally achieved his dream. He was a Pokemon Master. Three times over! He was an Ace Ranger Captain, who had saved Unova and Kalos from perdition. Not to mention, he was finally the Champion of the Orange Islands. Things have calmed down, especially with Ash needing to stay in the archipelago to keep the order while the Orange Islands Pokemon League finally opens their doors to trainers from all over the regions. Not only that, but the Naranja Academy was starting their first year teaching, bringing even more excitement to the islands. However, Ash Ketchum was not known to keep himself in one place for long. Especially, not when rumors were going around about the Alola Islands working to build their own Pokemon League and Galar thinking about starting up The Pokémon World Coronation Series. What will our favorite Aura Ranger decide to do with this information?

Will he defeat Team Plasma and fulfill his duties as the Chosen One? Or will the enemy prevail and the world will be submerged into darkness?

Yes, I finally did it! A Pokemon fanfic of Ash getting serious after the Battle Frontier Arc and training before going to Sinnoh. There will be the Tauros trade and aura training. 10 years have passed since Ash Ketchum became the World Monarch. There have been many challengers that have tried to take his title, but none have been successful. There doesn't seem to be any trainers who are strong enough to defeat him. Jaydin Silver, a 12 year old boy from the Johto Region, hasn't had the best life. Beaten, neglected and bitter, he believes he is useless to the world. The only thing he finds comfort in is watching his idol, World Monarch Ash Ketchum, and gives him hope that he can be as strong as him someday. Jaydin decides to leave his old life behind and begins his own journey to eventually become strong enough to face his idol and achieve his dream of becoming the next World Monarch. This is an original story that I've been brainstorming for a while. It will have dark elements in it but will still have many wholesome moments as well. After winning the Kalos League and keeping their promise, Ash and Serena continue their journey together. From new regions, to new Pokemon, to new battles and new experiences. Whatever lies ahead, they don't know, but they will face it together. This is a sequel to my Our Promise one-shot (which you can read if you'd like for some extra exposition but it's not required). I kept looking over it and I saw more potential in it, but instead of going back to that story, I decided to keep it a one-shot and make the sequel a multi-chapter story. I don't know how many chapters I'll write, but I'll try to make it long enough to be considered a good read. I do know that I don't have an uploading schedule, so new chapters will most likely appear at random. I hope you'll all enjoy my first attempt at a multi-chapter Pokemon story. Fair warning though.
