Todoroki is being targeted by the League of Villains. He has been having dreams of his friends dying. The League finally kidnaps him and Dabi is revealed to be Shoto's brother. Dabi convinces Shoto to join the League of Villains, but at what cost? Just saying I haven't read the latest manga books, so this might be a little outdated.
