Takes place after the Sumeru Archon quest. Al Haitham and kaveh were not together during this story. They both meet in the hospital and acquainted there Two men with heart conditions laid in their beds beside each other at the hospital. They soon started talking and giggling at each other, their soft smiles and glances making the atmosphere more delightful. Al Haitham and Kaveh couldn't keep their eyes off each other, and although their illnesses could never be ignored, they fell in love, finding comfort and peace in each other's company.
