*ASSUME EVERYTHING IN THIS STORY IS UNCANON UNTIL "BEFORE THE ANGER" (my comic on Tumblr) IS FINISHED!!! Hundreds of years ago, another species ruled the earth alongside Humans; magical creatures called "Monsters". Tensions broke into war, and both races had devastating loses. Finally, an agreement was reached; Monsters would hide underground and together they would create a shield- nothing comes in, and nothing comes out. After generations passed, Humans and Monsters would forget and regard each other as myths- that was the plan. But something else happened with the generations. Monsters lost their magical ability. That begs the question, what will happen to the shield? Somewhere, climbing the rocks of Mt. Ebott, there is a small girl named Nimiee. She will be the one to find the answer to that question, whether she likes it or not.

John Hunlack is as low as it gets. He is a manipulator, an abuser, and he has *no* redeeming qualities. After John hears of Eric Staffley's new method of creating *living* robots, he wants to try it out as well. Except, the method involves taking a child's life.
