Angela Lopez and Tim Bradford are best friends and step siblings, but they could not be any more different. While Tim's only concern is soccer, Angela wants to enjoy herself during her senior year of high school off of the soccer pitch. The new transfer student, Wesley Evers, shows interest in her immediately, and she would love to explore their connection further, but her stepdad has strictly forbidden her from dating in high school...unless Tim dates, too. The problem: absolutely no one is interested in dating him due to his gruff and grumpy demeanor.
