Rakim Mayers best known as Rocky on the streets finds his life being strangely rearranged when he begins to find interest in a girl named Skylar. Getting girls has never been a problem for Rocky due to his good looks, sweet charm and street wits but, Skylar isn't like the other girls and Rocky just can't to feel drawn to her.
