This story takes place soon after Any Sport in a Storm so go watch that first. I've recently finished my other story Love and War. That story has nothing to do with this one. Hunter isn't a normal kid, but what does he know about normal? His normal is one of isolation, anxiety, and a considerably bad sleeping schedule. Amity Blight knows how that feels, but her normal has changed, the question is, will she be able to help Hunter's normal change too? What if Hunter excepted the hand given to him back at eclipse lake? How different would the story be?

I don't own TOH or ANY of the characters. Ok maybe I made Parker and Sam. But I didn't make anything that actually happens in the seasons. I just wanna have a Hunter story before the next episode gets out. His vision flipped between normal and hazy as he panted for breath. "I can't go back". Crashing into the door he sprinted to the trees. "I can't- I can't". In the castle a thoughtful emperor proded a small mirror. A frightened boy appeared in the glass . It would be such a hassle to make another. And with the day of unity fast approaching he needed a grimwalker. He wouldn't get far without magic.

If you've been anywhere near as obsessed with Huntlow as I've been, hopefully you'll have just as much fun reading this as I had writing it! It's just a casual short story I'll update every once in a while that I only started because I was bored one night and couldn't sleep. With Huntlow/Winter on the brain, and a mind that's never actually written a real fanfic before but thought it seemed like fun, I got working on it. Here I am now, with Flowers & Flapjacks.
