But instead, Order 66 was executed, and thousands of Jedi across the galaxy were mercilessly killed by their own clone troopers. After nearly escaping his own clone battalion, the 212th, Obi-Wan Kenobi went to Coruscant for answers. It was most likely not the wisest idea, but if his old Padawan, Anakin Skywalker had been massacred with the rest of the Jedi, Obi-Wan had practically nothing left anyways. Follow Jedi-turned-Sith on countless missions as they fight against many adversaries. And find out, in the end if good can win, or if it was all just an illusion to begin with. And the main question is, are the Sith really evil?

When Obi-Wan goes to see Padme before leaving for Utapau, he discovers a secret. She is pregnant with not one, but two, Skywalker children. The unborn Luke struggles to get his attention, and unintentionally shows the Jedi Master flashes of the impending dark future, one which Obi-Wan promises to avert. If only he knew how.

Wanted to write a story taking place during the Clone Wars, before Revenge of the Sith. Soon a book Queen's Hope will be coming out and taking place then so I thought I'd take a try at it. Lots of the background info on the handmaidens is from Queen's Peril and Queen's Shadow. I advise you read them before this story. Padmé is my favorite Star Wars character so it's focused on her. Will include information referenced from the canon Padmé books, the movies and Clone Wars TV show. Considering this story PG13 at least, has some heavy themes and info not for kids. I also tend to write more dialogue then description due to my ADD so you have been warned. Creepy fun fact, I wrote this at the beginning of 2021. Once I already published this story the cover for Queen's Hope came out. They chose the same photo as me. I'm shook. Doubt many other details will align but this makes me so happy.
