Elizabeth (Ellie) Gallagher had spent her whole life taking care of her siblings. Starting from her younger sister Fiona and ending with her youngest brother Liam. She had watch for years as her 'parents' and 'sister' would go in and out of the house. Never truly staying for long. After graduating high school at 16 she worked her butt off to become the police officer she wished was around when she was a kid. Ellie wasn't confident that she'd become a rookie. The biggest upper hand she had was when it came to fighting. Due to her time in the South Side she knew how to handle herself. She knew how to push herself. She knew her limits. Yet she still believed that no department would take her. Not until captain Zoe Anderson personally called her to invite her to join the LAPD. This was her chance. Loss Angeles had a lot to offer. It was a fresh start for her and her siblings. No ties attached. She knew this was her moment to prove to herself and others that there are some good cops out there. You would just have to know where to look. And she wasn't going to let anyone get in her way. But before she gets the chance to even have her fist shift, she and her new co workers, a UC and lawyer are transported to a theatre. One that will show more than any of them want.

A The Rookie Fanfic "But I know now what I'm leaving for." - Gracie Abrams Evelyn Nolan thought moving to LA would mean a fresh start - for her and her daughter. A new precinct, a new badge, and a brother who doesn't know the half of what she left behind in New York. She didn't plan on facing off with Tim Bradford: strict, unreadable, and annoyingly hot. Their banter is instant. So is the tension. But Evelyn has more pressing things to worry about - like keeping her daughter safe, dealing with the ghost of an ex who won't stay gone, and trying not to fall for the one person who sees through her armor. She's a mother. A cop. A survivor. He's a rulebook she'd like to tear apart. And somewhere in the chaos, love might just be the riskiest call she'll ever make. Slow burn. Sharp edges. Found family. Welcome to Mid-Wilshire. After her mother's death, Stephanie tries hard to follow her mom's footsteps. A 'The Rookie' story. Doesn't follow the storyline in the show except for Captain Andersons death (Stephanie's mom) and probably a few more storylines.
