ON A BREAK FROM WRITING THIS, BE BACK SOON! <3 Madeline Black thought she had life all figured out-until everything around her started to shift. Conversations felt off, friendships carried an unspoken tension, and worst of all, George, the one person she had always counted on, was suddenly keeping his distance. He's hiding something, something he insists he can't tell her. As the weight of secrecy presses down on them both, Madeline is left with an impossible choice: push for the truth, no matter the cost, or accept the unknown and live with the questions that may never be answered. But some truths refuse to stay buried, and as Madeline searches for clarity, she may discover that knowing the truth comes with consequences she never expected. ---- "You're my best friend," George said, his voice barely above a whisper, the words carrying a sincerity that made Madeline's chest tighten. "I'm telling Fred and Lee," she teased, her tone light in an attempt to diffuse the seriousness. George laughed, shaking his head. "Well, Fred's my twin, that's different, and I think Lee already knows you're my best friend. He's closer with Fred anyway." "Wish I could say the same," Madeline quipped, a mischievous glint in her eye. "Malfoy is my best friend." George groaned dramatically, rolling his eyes. "Now I know that's a lie. You'd rather eat puking pastilles for the rest of your life than be stuck in a room alone with him." Madeline's laugh bubbled up, mixing with George's. It was an easy sound, their laughter harmonizing as the tension between them dissolved. "You're right," she said softly, turning her head to look at him. "You are my best friend." ---- Slow-ish burn in and out of love friends to lovers right person wrong time

Ada Neill has been best friend with Ron Weasley her whole life as her mother was Molly Weasleys best friend. She spent the majority of her summers with the Weasley family but started exclusively living with them when her mother passed when she was just thirteen. Not ever knowing who her father was and having no other family, Ada was immediately taken in by Molly Weasley as her own. Ada is now sixteen and about to start her fifth year at Hogwarts. Being taken in as a Weasley has had its ups and downs. Ada gets to live with her best friend but she also has to live with the Weasley twins, who seem to have a personal vendetta against her. She doesn't seem to like them very much either. When Ada gets bumped up to more advanced classes and has to spend more time with the twins, will her hatred grow or will her heartstrings be pulled? ** "Now why would that make you avoid me?" He questioned her. "Because it shouldn't have happened," She explained in a stern tone, but her tone didn't wipe the smirk off his lips. "You didn't like it?" He asked her, a breathy chuckle falling from his mouth. "No, I did-" "Then it's good that it happened," He cut her off. "George, you know why this is a bad idea," She told him, hopefully reminding him of their situation. "If it's such a bad idea why did we like it so much, Ada?" He leaned down as he spoke. ** BEST RATING: #3 in George Weasley #1 in Mattheo Riddle Enemies to lovers Slowburn George Weasley X Fem Slytherin OC I do not claim any of the Harry Potter characters or storyline as my own. I only claim Ada Neill and the storyline that comes with her.

Talwyn and Theodore Nott have spent their lives navigating the darkness of a family bound by secrets, fear, and power. Though they find a fleeting sense of freedom at Hogwarts, they can't escape the shadows of their bloodline. For Talwyn, an unexpected solace comes not from the people she's been taught to trust, but from the very ones her father deems unworthy. Caught between her own desire for independence and the suffocating expectations of her family, she faces a choice that could destroy everything she's ever known. Her father will stop at nothing to bend her to his will, no matter the cost. George Weasley, on the other hand, comes from a world of warmth and laughter. Raised in a large, loving family, he's known nothing but support and joy. That is, until he meets Talwyn. Drawn to her in a way he can't explain, he sees a depth in her that others miss, a depth she's kept hidden behind walls forged from years of pain. George doesn't understand the darkness that haunts her, but he knows one thing for certain: when he's with her, all he feels is love. Their worlds collide in ways neither of them could have expected. As Talwyn battles her own inner turmoil and the crushing weight of her father's demands, George finds himself standing by her side, determined to protect the girl who has stolen his heart. But the cost of loving her might be more than either of them can bear. In this emotional tale of love, rebellion, and survival, Talwyn and George must learn that sometimes, love is the only thing that can keep the darkness at bay. But will it be enough to withstand the forces threatening to tear them apart?
