The joyous weeper. Sounds pretty controversial, right? A weeper full of joy. Two words that are exact polar opposites, together in one 'person.' A Weeping Angel. Upon looking at a weeping angel in the eyes, never turn your back. Never blink. Never look away. You will not survive if you do otherwise. The angles cannot move while being looked at. They are hostile, and will kill you. They show no mercy. That's what Tommy is, except, he is different. He doesn't kill. He doesn't like to kill. He never has. On the rare occasion that someone looks at him, he just scares and jumps at them, and that's it. He lets them go. When I say "On the rare occasion that someone looks at him," I mean, everyone knows not to look his way. In the secluded town he is perched at, everyone knows what he is, and not to look at him. Really, it's like a legend in the town. Nobody in the town looks at any statue in the eyes, even though Tommy is the only Weeping Angel. It's like a big conspiracy theory that they all have where they think any statue could be a Weeping Angel. They've even tore down many many statues that were in more public areas. So yeah, nobody looks at him, and he hasn't gotten to scare anyone in about two years. But today was different. When a small family of four moves to the small town, having no knowledge of the legend, what happens when one of them looks at Tommy, not knowing what he is? ~~~ TW: Cussing Weeping Angel stuff? When Tommy is abandoned in a forest at age 5, he is found by a small pack of wolfs consisting of a black furred male, a white furred female, and two pups, who soon become his new family. When Tommy is 13, he is doing very well with survival. He lives in a cave with his (sadly smaller) wolf family, he knows how to hunt, make fire, and overall care for himself. Do you have any trust in me big man?' Wilbur had barely drifted off before he heard the familiar voice, slowly stretching downwards as two figures arrived in his view. 'Look, there he is!' 'Tommy!' Wilbur's eyes snapped open at the second voice, startled so much that he almost jumped out of the hybrid's arms. He gradually relaxed again once he examined the taller figure, his green and white bucket hat contrasting the solid grey of his wings. 'Phil, you scared him!' The teen exclaimed, holding him tighter as the realisation that Wilbur finally knew his name settled in. 'Tommy, he has a name tag...' 'I know? His name is Soot apparently.' -- Wilbur is a cat hybrid living as a street cat who is adopted by the rest of SBI. Problem is, they think he's only a cat and Wilbur thinks that's all them want him as. Being homeless and unwelcomed on his home planet full of intelligent cats, Tommy crashes on Earth to find a new home. But people are just as cruel until he meets Phil.

Tommy has been on his own for as long as he can remember. He's been able to survive long enough, switching locations constantly to avoid any run in with bad people. The one time he settles into a new and everlasting home, it's burnt to the ground right in front of him, leaving him running for his life. Unsure of what to do, he runs until finding city only legends could describe. In a city of gods, hopefully one of them is the one who burnt his meadow to the ground, and he'll seek revenge on the ones who had wronged him.
