A week before her 18th birthday, Lia Delgado's life changes for the worst when her parents are shot a few inches away from her. After graduating school and buying an apartment with the millions she had inherited from her parents. Lia finds herself gaining interest on the city's number one gang, though she doesn't end there. In honour of her parents and others lost, she starts training. Her life becomes consumed on getting stronger and fighting on behalf of all innocent people dragged into the nasty mess of a gangs way to have fun. She becomes the invisible killer getting away clean on the handful of murders she has committed to the gangs' members. Each of her victims being someone who has taken the life of an innocent person and not keeping their killings to do with their gangs only. Her last murder happened to be the gangs leader causing them to get in a new replacement. Although Lia doesn't know who it is, she finds herself meeting him through one of her best friends. But she is Lia and almost instantly she knows exactly who is in her company. Her invisibility streak spirals downwards when he, Justin Bieber finds out who she is sooner than she had hoped. "I want to work with you." Leaves the confident leaders mouth and she has no problem simply turning him down. But Justin needed someone with her kind of experience. A simple action of her help turns into something way bigger than she had ever imagined. The now formed chaos is what brings them closer, making sure to look out for one another and everyone around them too.
