Dreykov was successful in making thousands of Black Widows but it wasn't enough for him. He wanted more. So he created the male version of a Black Widow called Widower. Once Natasha had almost killed Dreykov and his daughter, he had a fear of her finding out his creation and hid the Widower by giving him to HYDRA so they could cryofreeze him. What happens when he wakes up with only one mission on his mind. Kill Natalia Romanova. In this story no one died.

A list of Accords is drafted due to the chaos and destruction caused by the Avengers. But not all agree with them.
