A story explaining the complicated life of a young woman named Storm Carter, who moves from New Castle to a hot and happening town called Wayville. The young woman explains how her entire junior year at high school got turned upside down but before that... Her transition to the new town is great and with her father; the new Police Captain Caspian, taking care of her, Storm manages to settle in and get used to her surroundings.
