Sonic and Shadow think they have their lives set. Until they meet. Sparks immediately fly as they set eyes on each other, and a few months later, they're official. They're dating. And then.... the incident hits. And then Shadow ghosts him. 5 years later, they meet again... but under different circumstances.... will Sonic forgive Shadow, or leave him forever....?

Sonic and his squad splits apart and Sonic seems to be living a fulfilling life. But that changes one day. What goes wrong? Sonic is plagued by nightmares and as he wakes up from another nightmare, he tries to escape the horrors he keeps remembering. As Sonic reaches an open field, snow covering everything around him. Shadow makes himself known, showing Sonic that everything is going to be just fine. --------- I don't know what to write here, okay? I'm terrible at summaries.

Shadow has dedicated his life to being better and stronger than Sonic after becoming acquainted with the hero. He tries desperately to keep Sonic under his thumb, but somehow Sonic has always gotten on his good side. No matter how much Shadow wants to move on, there's always something in the back of his mind. And that something may cause him to lose the only other person he cares about.
