3 months ago, The Avengers were given instructions by SHIELD to bring Spider-Man in. Ever since that day Spider-Man has vanished from the streets of Queens, nobody knows why, except Peter Parker who knows Spider-Man is gone forever.

Tony Stark knows what he is capable of. Being one of the most powerful man in the world he'd never thought that he'll end up in this kind of situation. He'd never peg to be a father figure to anyone but one boy. Peter Parker. "M-Mr. Stark.." the shaking voice he heard never sound so small before. "C'mere kid." He pulls the teen up to his feet and the teen quickly went in his arms. Not knowing what to do for a moment he allowed his body to automatically move and just put protective arms around the shaking child. "A-Aunt May.. she's.. s-she's.." Peter almost chokes as his sobs gets louder, muffling over Stark's expensive shirt. He didn't mind the suit nor the shirt. He just wanted to protect the kid even more. He just had no idea how.

"I don't know Nat, he looks quiet like you." Steve says leaning against the wall. "Come on Steve, you too?" I laugh. He shrugs his shoulders, "You did tell me you put a boy up for adoption when you were 18, what if it's him?" "It can't be him Steve, just let it go." "Mrs. Romanoff, sorry for interrupting, but i could run a test to be sure." FRIDAY says from above. "Alright Fri let's prove him wrong." I laugh expecting a negative result.

Peter Benjamin-Edward Stark went missing on a Tuesday. For months the entirety of the New York police department, as well as anyone else the Starks could convince to join, searched for the tot. He was only three when he was taken and for four months, two weeks, and four days, Tony Stark and Pepper Stark (nee Potts) worried and fretted over their beloved child. Peter Benjamin-Edward Stark was murdered on a Friday. A ransom call gone wrong spelt the end of the child's life. The world grieved as the kidnappers gleefully told the devastated parents they'd find his body in the morning. They never did. Twelve years passed and the family was still grieving, and Tony Stark worked tirelessly to find his only child's killer and gain justice for his son. Meanwhile Peter Parker was having the worst day ever. He just wanted to help people but instead he gets stabbed. That's just his luck.

Peter has been living in an orphanage for almost a year after Aunt May died. His only escape from the now miserable life he lives is going out as Spiderman but no one can know who he is. The Avengers are sent to catch him on his patrols and unmask the young hero. How will he keep this secret if the ones who are after him show up at the orphanage and end up taking him in? After tragedy happens in the Avengers family, they feel closer to Peter then ever. Only when things start to fall into place and Peter starts to feel like he has a place with them, he has to return to Midtown Tech and face his fears. Can he keep everything that is happening at school a secret from his new over protective family and what will happen when Peter starts catching feelings for someone just for his world to crumble down again? When May leaves the state for a six month work trip Peter is left with Tony Stark. Who soon realises that the Peter he got to know wasn't the real Peter, just someone he made up to show everyone that he was fine. Though something that's about to happen will change him completely.
