Kris, the only human living in Hometown, has a normal life there with Toriel. He and Susie, an unlikely friend, entered in a closet which led them to the Dark World. Now he meets Ralsei, a princess that waited her whole life for the heroes, and a tale of Love and Hatred is about to begin. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ As you may have noticed, Ralsei is a female and Kris a male. I don't own any of the characters, including images and music used on this story. Most of them are from Toby Fox. May contain lack of cohesion because English isn't my first language. Not everything written here is canon and the book itself isn't of course canon. It's mainly a novelized version of Deltarune but with the lovely Kris x Ralsei ship. Enjoy!

There was no doubt that prophecy fulfilment was critical to the monarchy's and people's preservation. A masculine conquest king, a non-binary figure wielding a crossbow and a long serpent, was to govern the land. Naturally, when Ralsei's parents gave birth to their daughter, they panicked. Since then, everything in Ralsei's life has gone tragically wrong. Due to her unintentional practice of dark magic, many lives in the dark world have been destroyed. It seems that the darkner world is constantly on the verge of revolution. Sometimes Ralsei wonders if she was supposed to be born in the first place. However, after fleeing, she meets someone with quite a knack for combat and a reptile. In any case, they're different - perhaps they could write their own real prophecy?

Zooble and Gangle had considered each other friends for as long as they can remember in this circus that they've succumb to call home, but little did Zooble know something strange was blossoming from the ribbon humanoid and would get to themselves. One day, as they were waiting for Caine, Zooble realized someone was missing, and for some reason a charge of worry hit them like it never had before. As more and more time passed, they couldn't help but think more and more about Gangle than they'd ever had. They'd gotten extremely defensive and they would immediately attack or yell at anyone that even said anything bad about her. They didn't know what this feeling was and what was the cause, but something inside her touched her digital heart.
