Nico Di Angelo and Will Solace are academic rivals. Or so they think. Nico hates Will because of how perfect he is, and Will "hates" Nico because he does not want him to know the truth about his feelings. But, all that is put to the test when the two are paired up for a partner project. Can they survive 3 days working together? Will their tumultuous relationship stay the same?

Nico Di Angelo's school is taking the whole junior year on a trip to Greece. Following the no gender mingling school policy, Nico groups with his best buds Percy Jackson and Jason Grace. All is well and good before Will Solace joins their bubble. Nico gets a strange, tingly, ticklish feeling in his stomach when he's around Will. It doesn't help when they have to pair off to explore the Parthenon and Percy and Jason take off, leaving Nico alone with Will. It also doesn't help when the two boys decide to share a bed at the hotels. Summary: First day of junior year. Nico wasn't one for fast friends. That is, until he met Will. Will and Nico are locker neighbors, and Nico is new to the school. He's usually not very trusting, and doesn't make friends quickly. But when he met Will, he immediately wanted to get closer to the boy and two are drawn closer by an odd set of coincidences. No smut! CONNECTED TO: Patience Is Key | Valgrace Fanfiction -------------- Will often travels along with his mother when she goes on tour for her concerts. Well, they visit Venice, Italy, and unfortunately Will cannot speak Italian very well due to his accent. A boy around his age helps him order a cup of coffee at a café and Will has no idea what sort of impact this boy will have on the rest of his life.

I'm not very good at writing and these are my first fanfics, so don't expect them to be very good. I promise they get better, though. Mostly fluff. Some angst. Maybe a tiny bit of mild spice? On the other hand, Will has had a secret crush on Nico for a long time. Will he finally get the courage to tell him? It starts with the three days in the infirmary, and has a lot of content that relates to Trials of Apollo. The events at the end go exactly into what happens in The Hidden Oracle.
