WATTPAD ORIGINAL EDITION In 1955, mixed-race Ethan Harper leaves his progressive hometown for a summer in Alabama where he's not welcome, except by resident free spirit, Juniper Jones. ***** After getting himself into a bout of trouble, 16-year-old Ethan Harper's parents send him to Ellison, Alabama, to live with his aunt and uncle for the summer. But the year is 1955, and Alabama is a far cry from his beloved home of Arcadia, Washington. As much as it's hotter in temperature, it's colder in every other way, and Ethan learns the hard way that people see his mere existence as a threat. Amidst all the mayhem, a fiery, free-spirited, oddball walks into Ethan's life. Her name is Juniper Jones. She is the first person in Ellison who seems unfazed by their racial differences, and she promises to give Ethan a summer he will always remember, filled with endless adventure and discovery. With Juniper, Ethan can breathe, he can be, despite the incessant attention and bullying their newly formed friendship attracts. Can the two survive the summer, run in the light and block out the noise of the outside world? [Published version comes out June 16, 2020 with Wattpad Books!] [[word count: 70,000-80,000 words]]

AVAILABLE NOW IN PAPERBACK AND EBOOK! College football star Bronx Miller and pre-med major Olivia McCausland are paired as anatomy lab partners, and throughout the rocky semester the two become closer than they ever could have imagined. *** Bronx Miller is the hotshot college quarterback with a rough past. On track to make it to the NFL after graduation, Bronx is hyper focused on football, but that doesn't mean he doesn't have his fun as campus's most notorious player on and off the field. While Bronx has a well-known zero commitments policy, that doesn't stop campus's queen bee, Adrianna, from desperately trying to lock him down for herself. It isn't until Bronx is paired with straight-A, pre-med student Olivia McCausland as his anatomy lab partner that he realizes he may actually want something more. Instantly drawn to her, Bronx starts to let his guard down and his playboy persona slip. Throughout a rocky semester full of study sessions, bets based on test scores, and driving wedges determined to keep them apart, Bronx and Olivia become close, realizing they're more alike than they originally thought. And when faced with turmoil, Bronx comes to learn that scars come in all forms, shapes, and sizes. If you look hard enough.

It is a truth universally acknowledged, that a single woman in possession of her own business and independence, must be in want of a man who wants more than a damn one-night-stand. Right?! Annie La Fontaine is fed up with modern dating. Too many non-committal guys, too many disappointments, and definitely not enough romantic yearning. So when she decides to create a monthly Regency-style ball in her small Australian town, she is unprepared for both its success AND for one very specific suitor who arrives unannounced (how rude!): Blake Byrne, her first love and the man who broke her heart years ago. Blake knows better than to try again with Annie - romancing his sister's best friend all those years before had been a mistake, and he is still putting the broken pieces of his life back together after a terrible accident. But in love, the heart wants what it wants, and as Annie and Blake find themselves unable to stop the gravitational pull back towards each other, will they be able to put their pasts behind them and their hearts back on the line? Or will the rules of a Regency romance be too challenging to overcome?

"Good girl," he murmured, his voice a silken caress as his hands continued to knead her dainty feet. "Will you pull such naughty pranks on your loving husband again?" Her eyes fluttered down in shyness, and she shook her head. She detested it when he ignored her. "I won't, husband." "Good. Now, it's time for another punishment." Her eyes widened. "W-What punishment, husband?" He said nothing, merely pulling her down and pinning her to the desk. Half her body leaned on the flat surface, her bottom provocatively arched. "This is your original punishment, darling." He would no longer restrain himself.

Let's be honest. Some words are better left unsaid, these..these are my words that shouldn't have been said. Some of these I know are not perfect, but they are mine. My thoughts and pain I have been though, I will not apologize for speaking my truth. And I advise you don't either, it's what makes us who we are.
