After the fall of Zarkon and the return of Shiro, the Paladins -- along with Allura and Coran -- are in a state of comfort, enjoying each other's company and reminiscing fond memories. The universe is in a beautiful balance once again. Yet, what happens when that comfort is destroyed, and the balance is disrupted? What happens when one of the pilots of the infamous lions is kidnapped and used for the benefit of another? When Lance talked to Keith about his insecurities, the last thing he expected was for Keith to step out of Voltron so Lance could pilot the Red Lion. Lance goes to talk to Keith again, and they start to get more comfortable with each other. Takes place directly after season 3

6 years ago, Lance was kidnapped without a clue to where he went. Team Voltron searched far and wide, with not even a smidge of luck. They still have a bit of hope, but after 6 years that hope is dwindling. The blue lion has a new paladin, and the team is moving on. 5 years in the slave trades changed Lance, physically and mentally. He is a new person, no longer the goofy blue paladin he once was. He is now the leader of a year-old group of do-gooder assassins who take down the people who once "owned" them. Their identities hidden, they are known only as the "Deathhawks", and Lance known as "Pike". When Voltron hears about the Deathhawks, they want to meet up and ask them to join the Voltron Coalition. What happens when the paladins meet up with them, "Pike" included?
