Dr. Talha Ahmed is the son of a renowned neurosurgeon Dr. Abid Ahmed. A no-nonsense perfectionist who has won many awards for his research papers, he had always lived a life filled with discipline and routines. A PGY1 Pediatric Resident in Bibi Mariam Medical College in Karachi, his presence is enough to assure his patients and make his seniors envious. Ayat Suleiman Shaikh is a 2nd Year MBBS student in the same college as Talha. While her family affectionately call her 'Roshi', her friends prefer calling her Shehzaadi Ayat. Just like a true princess, Roshi's life had always been sheltered and protected by her family. A naive, bubbly, clumsy, and ditzy girl, Roshi had always been propitious. However, an unplanned alliance between Talha and Ayat made their pre-planned lives spiral down into an unpredictable black hole. Will their alliance bring them closer? Or will their destinies diverge after unexpectedly converging with each other?

This is an AU story of Dr Asfandyar and Dr Zubiya set in San Francisco. It takes off when Zubiya moves to the US for higher studies after rejecting Asfand's proposal of marriage. So this story starts after Roshi confesses her love to Talha on the beach and he rejects her. But he doesn't fire her. They continue to work together. Roshi is heartbroken but maintains her distance while Talha is feeling guilty and trying not to think about both of their feelings. Story starts with Talha, Roshi and his team going to Islamabad for a project for two days. It will be a bit on the complex side as Talha and Ayat both will do some questionable things. But they will have their happy ending. Also all characters will be the same.
