The resurrection of Momoshiki is 80% complete and Boruto loses his sleep and hunger in fear of Momoshiki taking over his body. Soon, Boruto overheard the Kages talking about killing him to save the world. After hearing that, Boruto convinced himself that him dying is the only way to save the world. Without any sleep or properly taking care of himself, Boruto slowly slipped into multiple mental and physical illnesses, eventually attempting to kill himself. He was saved by Tsunade and Sakura. Slowly everyone found out about Boruto's depression and other illnesses and try to help him. Will Boruto accept the help? Or will he continue to try 'save' the world all by himself?
