This isn't a spooky story. Despite the title, A Ghost Story isn't about haunted houses or things that go bump in the night - it's about the origin of one of my central characters from the main storyline, The Ghost. Think of this more as a peek behind the curtain - a character's backstory, told in full. It's not quite a prologue, and it's not required to follow the main plot, but it gives you a deeper look into why one of my most important characters became who he is.
