Après cet évènement tragique, marqué notamment par la disparition soudaine de l'Argenter, plongea les protecteurs de l'univers connus sous le nom de Mineral Eight, dans une profonde discorde. Ces derniers, ayant reçu leurs pouvoirs des dieux primordiaux, se déchirèrent prenant chacun un chemin différent. En l'an 2X80 soit 10 ans après les évènements passés, nous suivons la vie simple et tranquille d'une fille avec ses petits problèmes du quotidien. Cependant, suite à un événement imprévu qui viendra bouleverser son existence. Elle va ainsi devoir se confrontée à ses obligations, à ses origines et surtout comprendre le mépris qu'il y a envers l'Argenter. Malgré les obstacles qu'elle rencontrera tout le long de son chemin, elle aura pour mission de réussir à unir les Mineral eight, sans quoi l'univers tout entier sombrera dans le néant. Entre passé et futur, ce récit raconte l'histoire d'une fille qui malgré ses maladresses devra faire face à tout type de difficulté, notamment elle devra apprendre qu'un lien très spécial l'unit à l'ancienne Argenter à elle.

In JOS I set the rogue and con-artist Harric against a foil of warriors in a land threatened by magic and civil war. Whenever possible I turn familiar tropes on their heads: instead of a handsome young Lancelot, I cast a broken-down ex-champion addicted to pain-killing herbs; instead of a dashing Squire Brian, the old knight reluctantly takes an ambitious young woman as squire. Similarly, I re-imagine the standard medieval milieu by infusing aspects of two of my favorite historical periods, Elizabethan England, and The American Frontier.
